Stellaire LLC. ("Stellaire," "we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you use stellaire.solutions and how we handle it.

What we collect
Information you provide. Anything you type into a contact form or send to optimize@stellaire.solutions. Typically your name, email address, business name, and a description of what you are working on.
Automatic data. Standard web analytics: pages visited, time on page, browser type, approximate location based on IP, and referring source. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
Cookies. stellaire.solutions is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies for essential site function and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as expected if you do.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries. To follow up on conversations you start with us. To understand which content on the site is useful and improve it. To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers. Squarespace (hosting), Formspree or a similar form service (form submissions), and Google Analytics or a similar analytics service (aggregated traffic data). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Legal requirements. If we are legally required to disclose information to comply with a subpoena, court order, or applicable law, we will.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to two years after, in case you re-engage. Aggregated analytics data may be retained longer.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete that information, opt out of any future communication, or withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis. To exercise any of these rights, write to optimize@stellaire.solutions.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We will honor those rights consistent with applicable law.
Children
stellaire.solutions is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged in a notice at the top of the site for at least thirty days.
